One of the three aspects of Colorado Carlson, LLC is our hobby farm. On our 10 acre property we produce a variety of products in a sustainable, organic way. These products include:
-Honey from our bee hives. We offer raw honey and bourbon barrel aged honey.
-Jams from wild fruits flowers growing naturally on our property. The two most common and popular include cherry and black raspberry jam.
-Syrup from maple trees growing on our property. We produce this pure maple syrup on site and also offer bourbon barrel aged syrup.
